Barbecue & Salad Sauces:
Some useful tips during your barbecue:

Before your BBQ, get together everything you need - BBQ tools, oven gloves and your BBQ apron.

It is also a good idea to have all your vegetables prepared and your meat marinated.
Prepare some tasty salads together with your BBQ.
Keep food covered and in your chilly bin.
Spray the BBQ with oil before cooking to stop sticking.
Always pre-heat the BBQ.
Drain the marinade before cooking.
Keep cooked and raw meats separated. Use different utensils, plates and boards for each.
Don't use a marinade for a sauce if it's been used to marinate the uncooked food unless you boil them!
Heat the BBQ to its highest temperature before reducing to medium.
Always soak wooden skewers for 30 minutes before using to prevent burning.
When you have finished with the BBQ, leave the temperature on high for a few minutes to burn off excess.
When cool, cover the clean BBQ ready for next time.
