Fried Rice with Chicken in Curry Sauce

Cooked rice 350 g
Chicken breast meat 150 g [diced]
Bell pepper (s) 25 g [Green, diced]
Carrot (s) 25 g [diced]
Raisins 3 tbsp
Garlic 1 tsp [minced]
Shallots 2 pcs [chopped]
Sauce for Coconut Curry Vegetables 2 tbsp


Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
Pure Sesame Oil 1 tsp
Corn starch 1/2 tsp

  1. Mix chicken with marinade.
  2. Saute shallots and minced garlic in 2 tbsp oil. Add chicken and stir-fry until done. Add carrot, bell peppers and stir well.
  3. Add rice and Lee Kum Kee Curry Sauce. Stir well until heated through. Sprinkle with raisins.
