HOW TO I CLAIM MY ACCOMMODATION?
Collect 30 promotional stickers found on the top of Lee Kum Kee Panda Oyster Sauce 5lb during 1st November 2006 & 31st December 2006. Send your completed entry from to the nominated address and you will receive a booking form with destination details. Select your preferred destination, complete the booking form and return together with credit card details for the $30 booking fee. A travel consultant will then contact you to confirm your booking.

Complete the form and send between the 8th and 21st January 2007. Do not send before this date as any entry received prior to this date will not be accepted.

CAN ANYONE ENTER THE PROMOTION?
No, the promotion is only open to restaurants and hospitality venues in Australia only. Eligible entrants must be over 18 years of age. Distributors, wholesalers and retail outlets are ineligible to enter.
IS MY PRIZE GUARANTEED?
Yes, everyone completing a valid claim according to the terms and conditions is entitled to one free* nights accommodation as detailed in the booking form. Booking fee of A$30 applies.
WHAT TYPE OF ACCOMMODATION CAN I CLAIM?
Accommodation is valid for one free night for up to two people (twin share) in a 3 ¡V 5 star property. Destinations include Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Wollongong, and Newcastle.
WHAT IF I SEND MY ENTRY IN EARLY?
Any entries received prior to the 8th of January are not accepted.
I DO NOT HAVE AN ENTRY FORM, HOW CAN I MAKE A CLAIM?
You may download an entry form here , or photocopy and existing entry form. All stickers however must be original, no photocopies or replication of stickers are acceptable.
HOW LONG IS ACCOMMODATION VOUCHER VALID FOR?
Accommodation vouchers are valid for 12 months from receipt of the booking form.
I DON¡¦T HAVE A CREDIT CARD, HOW DO I PAY MY BOOKING FEE?
You must provide valid credit card details in order to pay your booking fee. You may use a friend or relatives credit card as long as they sign their signature in the signature field. No cash, cheques or money orders will be accepted.
MY PREFERNCE IS NOT AVAILABLE, CAN I CHANGE MY TRAVEL DATES?
A travel consultant will contact you to finalize your booking request and any other requirements as noted on the booking form. However after your booking is confirmed, if you do require a change, all amendments will be charged at $25.
IS MY TRAVEL INCLUDED?
No, the travel voucher entitles you to one night¡¦s accommodation only. Transfers, airfares and other travel costs are at your own expense. The travel centre booking your accommodation can assist with you with all your travel requirements.
WHAT COSTS DO I NEED TO PAY?
A $30 booking fee applied to each night¡¦s accommodation. This is payable when submitting your booking form.
WHEN CAN I TAKE MY ACCOMMODATION?
Booking Forms must be received no less than 60 days prior to your requested accommodation dates. Strictly one claim per booking, per customer. The offer is not available during public or school holidays, Easter, Christmas or New Year. Restrictions may also apply during special events periods.
