Winners of Mainland Chinese Provincial Recipe Contest

Lee Kum Kee jointly organized a programme with Australia Chinese Daily to feature four famous chefs recipes of northern and eastern Chinese cooking. There was a recipe contest to go along inviting Australian Chinese consumers¡¦ participation in creating new recipes of different Mainland China provincial styles. There is a snap shot.
